Players' Choice Terms and Conditions

  1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to participate in this promotion. You may be asked at any stage to provide PokerStars or a third party with proof of age and/or identity (passport or valid picture ID). Any player unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from this Promotion.
  2. By participating in a satellite or qualifying tournament for this promotion, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. You further agree to help promote PokerStars and act as a PokerStars spokesperson during and after the events, including but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by PokerStars.
  3. If you have qualified for the promotion via a PokerStars online satellite you are required by PokerStars to wear PokerStars logo clothing throughout the event. You hereby agree to do so. You cannot wear any other logos regardless of whether such logo is of a competitor or non-competitor (e.g. no clothing companies, jewelry, energy drinks, training sites or other logos). PokerStars or its agents, reserve the right to withhold any or all of the benefits detailed herein if it is determined that you are in violation of this rule. All decisions are final
  4. The first prize package you win for this event, whether through an online satellite or in any other way on PokerStars, is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for money or money’s worth. If you win, you must request registration to an eligible live event within the validity of your ticket (12 months from when the ticket was won). If you win additional prize packages, they may be used for other eligible events until the end of the ticket's expiry. If you have valid tickets leftover after playing all events within a season you will have the choice of a T-Money credit or to carry them over into the next season of each eligible tour.
  5. You may be required to sign a waiver for the hosting venue (such as a casino or card room) and may be required to sign a waiver for a media sponsor or broadcaster. If you choose not to sign those waivers, you will not be permitted to play in the Event, but will receive no compensation or refund from PokerStars.
  6. The person whose name appears on any PokerStars account which wins a seat into the Event will be deemed to be the person who played and won the satellite, and that person must attend and play in the Event.
  7. All players participating in an online satellite for this event must abide by all PokerStars terms of service requirements as listed at www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/tos/, and by PokerStars general tournament terms and conditions listed at www.pokerstars.com/poker/tournaments/rules/.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion is valid for all entrants qualified online via PokerStars for the entirety of the event with the sole exception PokerStars employees and their relatives.
  9. These terms and conditions and matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Isle of Man law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.
  10. In case of any disputes regarding any participation rights, all matters relating to the awarding of prizes and/or these terms or conditions, the final decision lies with PokerStars management, is binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
